Through dance, Allison has learned to set goals and work towards achieving them. Within her seven years of dancing, she's been able to travel and meet other dancers and take classes from dance teachers she had previously only seen in stage productions or on television. In 2018, Alli was crowned Elite Junior Miss Starquest Seattle.
"I still have a lot to learn, but one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned so far is to never let anyone discourage you from what you want to accomplish," she said. "Work hard and show them you can do anything you set your mind to."
Allison trains in all styles of dance, but her favorite is ballet.
"I appreciate the discipline and clarity of ballet technique," she said. "I am excited to return to the Aria ballet intensive at DancerPalooza for a second season in San Diego this summer."
She'll also be competing for Best Dancer of the Year at The Dance Awards in Las Vegas as well as for MVA artist of the Year at Velocity Nationals in Vegas.

Dancing has been transformative for Nathalia. She is eight years old and has been dancing since age five at La Bella Dance Company. Through dance, she has made lifelong friends, learned how to focus on a goal, motivate herself, and has gained confidence overall. Dance has also allowed her to meet new people and travel to different places.
“When I perform I leave my heart on the stage and I feel every movement I make,” she says.
To Nathalia, kindness is very important and she strives to always be humble and happy for others. No matter what, each time Nathalia dances she tries to become a better dancer. When she hits the stage, she is able to fully express herself.
